THE PLATFORM FRAMEWORK AROUND EACH EVENT

Terms and Conditions for Using IX6

These terms explain general platform responsibilities while individual event rules govern eligibility, format, scoring and results.

The live operator should review and complete these terms before publication. They do not claim a licence, registration number, governing address or dispute venue that has not been supplied. Competitors should read both the platform terms and the rules for every event they enter.

01ACCOUNT USE

One accurate player profile should remain under the participant’s control

Users should provide accurate information, protect credentials and avoid sharing or selling accounts. They should not create duplicate profiles to bypass eligibility, conduct or event restrictions. The operator may use reasonable verification to protect accounts and competition records.

Passwords and OTPs are secret. Users remain responsible for reporting unexplained sessions or profile changes through the recognised support process.

  • Accurate profile and contact information
  • Private credentials and recovery controls
  • No account sharing or restriction avoidance
  • Prompt reporting of unauthorised activity
02COMPETITION

Published event conditions decide valid participation and results

Competitors must satisfy eligibility, roster, check-in, device and conduct requirements. Scoring, formats, disconnections, reviews and appeals follow the applicable event rules. General platform content does not create an exception.

IX6 is presented as organised esports without bets or odds on match outcomes. An event can publish an administration charge or performance prize under its conditions, but participants should not describe those items as wagers or guaranteed earnings.

03PROHIBITED USE

Automation, manipulation and abusive conduct can affect access

Users must not use prohibited software, macros, automated inputs, account manipulation or false evidence. They must not attack services, harass participants or impersonate support. Event and platform responses should follow the stated process and available evidence.

A profile level or prior result does not create immunity from a review. Restrictions can apply to a match, event or platform account according to the relevant rule and severity.

04CHANGES AND SUPPORT

Material changes should be communicated through the recognised platform

The operator can update services and terms as operations or obligations change. Effective dates and material revisions should be clear. Event-specific changes should remain attached to the correct competition reference.

Questions should be submitted through the published support route. A support case does not itself pause a match, extend a deadline or reverse a result unless the applicable rules and organiser decision provide that outcome.
