A DEFINED ACCOUNT USE, NOT A CASH PROMISE

Credits Make Sense Only When the Platform Explains What They Can Do

IX6 credits should have a visible purpose, balance record and expiry rather than an implied value outside the platform.

A credit may support practice access, an administration step or another defined account feature. It is not automatically money, a prize or a transferable asset. Before using it, read the balance description and the event or feature where it is accepted.

01BALANCE

Check the source, type and permitted destination

Open the balance detail and identify whether the credit came from a participation benefit, account adjustment or another published source. Different types may not combine. Confirm the unit, expiry and any region or event restriction.

Do not buy, sell or exchange credits through private messages. An unofficial transfer can expose the account and may violate platform or event conditions.

  • Accepted feature or event
  • Expiry and one-time restrictions
  • Visible transaction record
02USE

Review the final event or feature before confirmation

Sign in to the intended profile and choose the eligible use. Confirm whether the credit covers the entire administrative amount or only part of it. Save the transaction reference and then verify event registration separately.

A credit applied to practice access does not create a competition place. Likewise, applying it to an entry step does not complete roster verification or check-in unless the event page says so.

03DISPUTE

Compare the ledger before assuming the balance disappeared

Review recent use, expiry and reversal entries. A pending event cancellation can also produce a later adjustment. Capture the transaction reference and current balance without exposing credentials.

Contact support when the ledger does not explain the change. State the expected use, event and time. Do not create another account to chase a credit that is tied to the original profile.

QUICK CLARITY

Questions worth settling early

No. Use the platform definition. Credits can have limited practice, access or administrative uses.

Do not use unofficial transfers. They can expose the account and violate conditions.

Not unless the event explicitly says so. Confirm registration, roster and check-in separately.
